Aaron Harris brings a wealth of experience and commitment to his role as Love Columbia’s Business Director, a position he has held since 2017. He joined the organization first as the Clearinghouse Coordinator in 2015 to provide information and referral services for the community. Previously, he spent 14 years as an accountant between Columbia, St. Louis, and New York City.

He oversees human resources, payroll, finances (in collaboration with the Executive Director of Operations), facilities, IT, and organizational policies. Aaron’s satisfaction lies in supporting staff behind the scenes, allowing them to serve clients effectively.

Aaron says, “It gives me satisfaction to know my hard work behind the scenes is equipping our program staff to serve our clients to the greatest degree possible.”
